To use apply 24VDC to red (+) and black lead (-), connect the orange and blue leads together, the motor will rotate at 6RPM and requires 0.250 amps with no load current.
To reverse direction connect white lead to black.
To change speed, remove orange lead from blue and connect to 0 - 5VDC between blue and black.
