Adjusting Your Puzzle
Does your puzzle feel to loose or to tight when turning? Never fear, most of our puzzles allow adjusting (however, some do not). If you would like to know if/how your puzzle can be tightened or loosened please feel free to give us a message at any time of day. All of our staff are avid 'Kewb'ers and share their working day with their personal time to help other 'kewb'ers in need of help.
What to do if your puzzle explodes into a million pieces (not that it should if you treat it with care and don't let it get to loose). Simply send us a message and let us know which puzzle you have, we will be more than happy to offer a step by step guide on getting your puzzle back together in no time.
If your puzzle does not allow adjusting and it is too tight, a little bit of 100% silicone lube can be applied to loosen things up inside.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
All payments are to be made immediately after the order has been confirmed. We accept PayPal only on our eBay store. No orders will be shipped until the payment has been made/cleared.
Here at KewbzUK we offer a 14 day refund policy if; you ordered the wrong puzzle and want to replace it with another one or the puzzle arrived scrambled. Any returns of this nature require: The buyer to pay postage (with proof of delivery or tracking available just incase the puzzle goes missing) and a 10% restocking fee deducted from the total amount refunded.
ALL items must be returned unused, unopened and in the original packaging. If the puzzle arrives back in any other state then a refund will be given but the value will be under the managers discretion.
All items sent from our warehouse will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery service which can take 3-5 working days completely free of charge. If your order has not arrived after 7 working days please get in contact with us and we can follow up with Royal Mail. All of our orders shipping come with a free tracking number (this tracking number does not allow the buyer (or us) to track the parcel but does show if and when the parcel has been delivered safely to the buyers address), this helps us prevent scams and unlawful behaviour.
You may upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail 1st Class which can take 1-3 working days to arrive at an additional cost, the signed for 1st class service can also be used (also at an additional cost).
