When purchasing please put the following details in the 'note to seller' -
Name for the Hogwarts envelope - ie Miss. J. Smith.
Location of bedroom - ie The Bedroom Above the Bathroom or The Big Bedroom on the Left (please make bedroom location no more than 32 letters)
Owl Post Address (this is for the Hogwarts envelope, the gift set will be sent to ebay buyer's address)
Name to go on the letter - ie Dear Jessica or Miss Smith
Please be certain about how you would like the Name and address to appear as once made it cannot be changed.
Your finished envelope will be in the following format:

In the original movie prop there are full stops after Mr. and the H. and the Potter has a comma. In the interest of authenticity your gift set will be made the same as the prop with only the recipients initial/s and surname with full stops preceding each space. If you do not state a bedroom location it will read " The Cupboard under the Stairs" Also, Harry's acceptance letter was addressed to, "Dear Mr. Potter," however some people like to have the letter addressed to a first name or a nickname, which ever way you choose please make this clear in your message to seller so that I can provide the best service to you and make it as magical as possible for the recipient.
If you do not message me the Name and address you would like on the envelope and letter within 2 hours of your purchase I will assume that you would like the letter and envelope addressed to:

The completed gift set will be sent in a padded envelope addressed to the purchaser. The gift set is tied up and ready for you to give to the recipient. Always remove the Hogwarts envelope and gift set from the padded envelope before giving it to the recipient as Hogwarts doesn't send letters by Muggle post 😉
