Looks to be NOS

 13-1/4 long and head is 9 long . Stamped  genuine anvil . Beautiful handle tight as new .The front blade is 2-inch wide rear blade is 1-7/16 inches wide weight is approx 1 pound .The anvil means forged .So it says genuine forged .
Forged is when they take one piece of metal turn it to molten metal and hammer and hammer it .to shape it . like a blacksmith .very unusual that the the head is different. I could not find a hammer just like it on ebay and they have a lot of hammers .
