This is a model loosely based upon pictures of aircraft being recovered in the North African desert.

The model consists of a Cooper Craft AEC Monarch flat bed truck towing a flat bed trailer. The aircraft is a Supermodel Fiat CR32, a few of which were used in North Africa at the beginning of hostilities and a Oxford diecast Dingo armoured car repainted in sand colour being carried back for repair. The driver and figure checking the stowage are Dixon miniatures white metal figures. The base is included and is a Matchbox base with added plaster humps each side of the track way It is 200 x 150mm.

This will be packed very carefully in polystyrene beads. The aircraft is fixed to the truck and the Dingo is fixed to the trailer, the two vehicles are not fixed to the base.
