Delivery Information
1.  All items US stock. All items will be dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of payment via USPS 1st Class service. It will take 2-3 days to arrive for US buyers. For buyers outside US, normally it takes 5-7 working days, or even up to 15 working days for some countries, such as Portugal, Spain, Italy. But, the transit time is highly depended and provided by Postal Service, if you have any question or problem about this, please plz via ebay massage for a solution. 

2.  Please note that orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

Returns

1. All the items in our shop are all brand new and with 12 months warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

2. Return is accepted within 7 days of receipt after you fully explain the problem. Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. 

3. Defective product can be returned for exchange and the exchange must be notified within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned in new condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories. 

4. Products that have been damaged or mis-used are not under warranty.

5. All shipping charges for returned products are to be paid by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
