·      Item Listings:  I sell both new boxed or packaged sets, new out of package and used Playmobil items, offering replacement parts, as well as items to supplement and/or enhance your displays or yours and your children’s collections.   Used items are in “like new” condition ~ unless otherwise noted.  I am committed to selling only those items I would consider buying and using myself.  If item has any observable defects, I will list them in the description and note them in photos.  Some rare items are appreciated even with their defects. 

·      Photos:  The photos will be the best description of the item ~ please look at them closely.  THE FIRST PICTURE ALONE REVEALS WHAT IS BEING OFFERED IN THE LISTING.  I may add other pictures to show a different angle or perspective of the item/items, as well as pictures that may display how the item might be used.  

o   Also, as I crop my photos to enhance the view, they are quite large and allow a strong magnification of the item.  As a result, I note that some of my photos seem to show some imperfections, whereas, this is not observable in normal view   I have also noticed that some of the new Playmobil painted items have imperfections (particularly noticeable in animals, ie., the St. Bernard dog). Also, in the magnifications you can often see marks from factory moldings.

Individual Item Listings: 
Due to the large amount of items I am listing, I am unable to give an individual description of each item.  If I am certain that the item is new ~ I will mention it in the listing. With individual item listings, please remember that only the first picture will be the item or items for sale in the listing. Some additional pictures may be added to illustrate the potential use of the item within a scene or setting.

Sets or Scenery Listings:
These will usually consist of a particular setting ~ weddings, Christmas time, birthday parties, furniture settings, sports activities and such. They may also represent royalty, modern city life, knights, pirates and Vikings, etc. There may also be scenery displays as zoo, desert, farm, western, summer vacation, and fall harvest or winter fun.  When selling customized settings or scenery containing multiple items I will give more description of the listing and offer more pictures from different angles in hopes of giving you full exposure and disclosure of the listing.   

Payment: 

•   I accept Paypal only. 
•   Payment is to be made within 7 days of end of first purchase.  If you are waiting to bid on more items, please email me and let me know.  Also, please note that eBay will open an unpaid item case for items not paid within that 7 day period.  If you do not respond within the grace period eBay allows, you will receive negative points toward your feedback score.  If you have an extenuating circumstance please email me and we can try to work something out.  Please contact me with any questions or concerns!. 

Shipping for all items not offered as “free shipping” or qualifying for my 1-9 item shipping promotion.  These are usually boxed sets or larger group settings or scenery displays.

•   As I so appreciate saving on shipping fees, if the item or items weigh less than 13 ounces I use the cheapest rate available, which is First Class.  For packages weighing more than 13 ounces I have found such a slight difference between Economy/Parcel Select and Expedited/Priority so I use Expedited/Priority Mail.
•   I do provide combined shipping.  At this time the combined shipping fee will be based on the combined weight of the items purchased and able to be shipped in one shipment.  Some larger sets, and or boxed sets, will require separate shipping and will not qualify for combined shipping. But whenever possible, I will attempt to offer combined shipping.


Returns: 

•    Returns will be accepted for damaged items due to problems during shipment.  You may be asked by seller to provide pictures of the damage.  Also please contact me if you feel that the item received was misrepresented or not as described or shown in pictures.
•    Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of item; you will then have 14 days to return item.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be returned through a trackable method, according to eBay policies.
