If your package has been delivered damaged you should take photos of the damaged package & of the damaged item and contact us through normal messages on Ebay within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item. 

PLEASE NOTE: We would like to ask you to make at least 4 photos.

1).One photo that shows the damaged package in full overview.

2). One photo that shows the damaged product in full overview.

3). Two (at least) photos that show the specific of damaged product in zoom
