Shipping
We ship to all countries located in North America and all states in the United States of America. We do not offer international shipping outside of North America. Machine sales are an exception to this policy. Buyers of machines must contact us if purchasing outside our shipping area. Local pick up is available at 50% of the handling fee with a minimum 1 day handling.
Items requiring freight shipping must be setup and paid for by the buyer. Freight and local pick up must be scheduled during our normal work week shipping hours from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Returns
We offer a 14 day return policy on items that are damaged / D.O.A.*, not as described, or items you are simply not happy with. Buyers will be issued a full refund and return shipping paid by us.
