CUP: 3-1/8" across top x 2-1/4" tall
1-3/4" across base.
SAUCER: 5-5/8" across
Marked with a Registered B Mark
which tells us that this set was produced on
September 11, 1876.
This lovely Set features a vibrant Mint Green Lining in the Cup.
Gilt Trim, pretty decorative square handle
with transfer-decoration on the outside of the cup and an impressed decoration on the lower cup that resembles the
transfer-decoration.
The Saucer has matching Mint Green Hand-Painted Raised Feathering
along with the matching transfer decoration.
Beautiful White Base Color.
CONDITION
Excellent condition. The Cup appears flawless. No wear to the pattern, the Gilt nor the vibrant mint green lining.
The Saucer is structurally excellent, the Gilt Trim and transfer decoration
are also very fine. The hand-painted Green raised feathering in the center of the Saucer shows fading and some wear.
No stains. The edges and bases are all smooth and lovely.
I see no visible crazing as this translucent material is bone china.
Registered markings on both pieces.
