TR-751A/E, TR-851A/E Surface mount semiconductor spares kit.

This is a selection of replacement SMD transistors, digital transistors and diodes used throughout the TR-751A/E, TR-851A/E.
The parts selection is valid for all 3 production series.
(e.g. TR-751,  series 1-> S/N <705xxxx, series 2-> S/N 705xxxx-708xxxx, series 3-> S/N >708xxxx)

These are new stock direct from the manufacturer. The same parts are also used in most Kenwood models (e.g TS-450, TS-570, TS-690, TS-850, TS-870, TS-950).

RF switching, LO switching, TX/RX switching, and PTT faults are usually traceable to one or more of these devices failing.
