Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
If item has been opened and/or used, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for a refund unless there is a problem with the item.
A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with missing parts.

All returns must be in the original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted.

For Android product, Google & Samsung account must be removed.
For Apple product, Apple iCloud account must be deleted & Find my phone must be disabled.
