The front of the box has some dots that are visible only from a certain angle, along with a few that are a bit elliptical. They are a bit lighter than the black background and do not wipe away. The majority are in the lower half of the front, and are not found elsewhere on the box. There are small bits of color loss mainly along the top, left and bottom edges. The lower left and right corners have been lightly bumped, resulting in some bits of color loss, and there is also a small dent in the top left edge. There is some scuffing and scratches, resulting in bits of color loss. The left panel still has the original tape but it no longer sticks to that panel, and a scrape at the lower left edge has exposed the layer beneath. Most of the bits of color loss are along the top edge and just below it, with several going into the two photos. The right panel has a the original tape and it does not stick to the box on that panel, only on the front of the box, and most of the bits of color loss are mainly on the left side. The top panel has bits of color loss along the top and bottom edges, with some in the photos. The back of the box has scuffing and bits of color loss mainly along the top, left and bottom edges, and also near those edges, except for the area near the right edge. There are also a number of light scratches with bits of color loss, and two thicker scratches in the upper left side by the edge. The bottom panel has some bits of color loss, mainly in the upper and lower edges, plus some bits in the photo.

Contents: The Tie Fighter, working blow apart feature, stickers inside the cockpit and four sheets of stickers for the panels, plus the battle damage decal sheet. And the original instructions and color insert booklet. While two of the panel sheets are bent upward, the one problem they all share is bits of indenting in the lower left sticker (just above the bottom left sticker), with a few small indents also on the bottom right sticker in the upper left on one sheet.
