We do our best to serve our customs.
We will refund you if you return the items within 3 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items are in their original conditions, totally new and never be used. If the items are damaged, tag removed or lose when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost or damage or loss.
The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items. Please offer the tracking to us when you return the items.
Sizing or Fit Issures:
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customers tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately ±1 inch in the specified measurements.
To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If you find the products are not suitable for you and have questions, you can contact us directly.
Shipping
Parcel will be mostly shipped by Canada Regular Parcel within 5 working days upon receipt payment. It normally takes 10-20 business days to arrive, but in some countries it may be little longer due to holidays or custom, local dispatch efficiency or other reason, so please think over before you select it. Please Choose EMS, DHL, UPS or other shipping companies if you need faster.
