Black maxi skirt by Elm Design. Elastic / stretch waist. Skirt features large oversized pockets on each side. Skirt is made of 50% microbalpaca and 50% Pima. Bottom of skirt is slim (not full) and is banded (see photo 8) It measures 15" when measured flat.
