How long does it take to ship?

We ship items Monday through Saturday. We generally ship items at two different times each day. We ship most of our items as First class package through USPS. A tracking number is provided, and will be uploaded at time of shipment.

When will I receive my Order after it Ships?

Most orders are delivered in 3-5 business days. If you need the item faster, please upgrade to Priority shipping at checkout.

What are my Shipping Upgrade options?

We offer the option to upgrade your shipping to Priority (2-3 days) or Express (1-2 days) shipping at checkout. This service is for your convenience, and we only charge you for the additional shipping cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We do all of our international shipping through the eBay global shipping program. This allows us to ship to many different countries, but some of our items will not be able to ship to Europe.  

Free 30 Day Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund. Unless the item is defective, it must be returned in the same condition as when it was purchased. We ask that you please return the watch with any box or manuals you received.

Return Shipping Cost

Buyers generally cover return shipping unless the product was defective or broken during shipment. Please use the eBay return system to print out a label for returning the item. Next to the picture of the item in your eBay account, click on "More options" and then "Return this item". Then follow the return instructions to ship back the item.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

We will promptly issue a refund when the return item is received and its condition is verified.

Free 60-day Warranty on all Working Watches

Our watches are high quality timepieces that should last for many years with proper care. All of our watches that are described as working at the time of listing are guaranteed to be working and have a fresh battery. These items include a Free 60-day Warranty. If the watch should stop working in that time period, feel free to contact us to work out a solution. This warranty covers mechanical and functional defects, but does not cover wear and tear from normal use or accidental damage.

No Warranty on "AS IS" Items

Item's described "AS IS" do not include any type of warranty and are sold in the current condition with no guarantees.

What about the Manufacturer's Warranty?

In most cases, you must purchase the watch from an authroized dealer at full retail price to have a valid warranty that will be recognized by the manufactuer. We are able to sell our watches for such low prices because we are not an authorized dealer. The warranty period may vary depending on the manufacturer. Please check with the specific manufacturer to understand their warranty before purchase.
