Your satisfaction with the product is our #1 goal and we stand behind everything we sell.

Items: All items are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. However, sometimes we make a mistake and have an item listed for sale that we’re out of. If that happens, we’ll let you know right away and give you the option of waiting for the item or canceling the sale,

Sales Tax:  For shipments to Illinois addresses, we are required by State law to collect a 10.00 % Sales Tax.

Packaging:  All items are inspected and carefully packaged before they’re shipped to ensure safe, damage-free delivery.

 

Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping on all items unless otherwise stated. If you have an “ADD TO CART” button, place the items you want into your cart and the combined shipping discount will be automatically calculated when you check out. If you DO NOT have an “ADD TO CART” button, contact us for the combined shipping cost for the items you want to buy. If you buy multiple items separately on the same business day and then ask for combined shipping, we’ll combine all items into 1 package and then refund the shipping overcharge.

Payment Policy

We prefer PayPal but can accept credit card payments. If you would like to pay with a credit card, please contact us.

 

Shipping Policy

We know you want your item as soon as possible and we take pride in providing very fast shipping (see our feedback). That’s why we ship most items within 24 hours because we want to get your item in the mail as quickly as possible. We primarily use the US Postal Service for both US and international shipments and they’re service is very reliable and cost effective. We also offer UPS shipping on select items.

 

International Shipments: We ship Worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

 

Shipping Charges

We’d really like to offer free shipping on everything we sell, but unfortunately we can’t. On select items we do offer free shipping, but on all other items we set the shipping charges as close as possible to what we pay for shipping so we can offer you the lowest shipping cost possible.

 

Returns

 Returns/exchanges are welcome for any reason within 14 days of purchase.
Please note any return sent without a RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package will be refused..
Please contact us to obtain your RMA number and we will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns.
Defective or damaged items will be exchanged or a full refund will be issued if an item is no longer available.
If an item is returned for any reason other than being damaged/defective on arrival the purchase will be refunded (minus shipping & handling fee charged at the time of purchase and a 15% restocking fee) and the customer is responsible to pay for shipping back to us.
Products being returned must be shipped freight pre-paid; no COD's.
Shipments refused by the customer are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If an order was shipped with free shipping our shipping cost will be deducted.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used.

International Returns:
In addition to the policies above, international product returned MUST include the following statement clearly written on the return parcel:
CONTENTS - RETURN GOODS OF U.S. ORIGIN
