This is for a Mafter France professional mandoline model 44595 with 3 cutter blades. All steel no plastic. This is still wrapped in factory plastic The 3mm, 5mm, and 10mm cutter blades will make 3 different sizes of julienne or matchstick cuts and you can also do either smooth or waffle cuts. I do not see a pusher in the packaging.
