Dollhouse has six rooms and a upstairs patio. Living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, and a study our family room. The one wall has the clips broke at the bottom as seen in picture # 10. Measures 25" long by 9" wide at the roof by 16" high to the top of the chimney.
