The Tank 180 is designed to allow the user to position the back of the chair at any supported angle and stay in that position. Included are two important pillows for lumbar support, reducing possible neck and pain injuries. The chairs are designed to support users sitting for long periods of time. You can lie back flat should you need to take a nap, lower the seat height if you prefer and change the resistance of the tilt to allow easier or harsher tilting.
