This is the highly regarded Adcom GFA-555II in great condition.  The pictures shown are of the actual unit that is up for sale.  As you can see, it comes with the original box, packaging & manual.

I have used it with an Adcom GFP-565 and Rega Cursa preamplifiers.  It worked very well and the sound was great with either preamplifier.  Both preamplifiers are also up for sale in separate listings.
