All orders are posted using Royal Mail’s 1st Class or 2nd Class service. Estimated delivery times are; 1-2 days for 1st Class Mail & 3-5 days for 2nd Class Mail. We also offer the option of posting by ‘1st Class Recorded Mail’, which is a tracked service, or by Special Mail Next Day (delivery is guaranteed by 1pm on the next working day). Outside of the United Kingdom
All orders are shipped using either Royal Mail Airmail or Parcelforce Global Priority. Royal Mail Airmail: This is a worldwide package delivery service which offers unbeatable value for money (please note that this is NOT a tracked service). Parcelforce Global Priority: A little more expensive than Royal Mail Airmail, however this IS a fully tracked package service that enables you to track your order on-line. You can select which shipping method you prefer at the checkout page on ebay.

We accept payment by Paypal, cheque or postal order. Postage is discounted automatically for multiple purchases, If eBay doesn't calculate it, then request an invoice.

Postage costs are based on the actual Royal Mail postage costs. We do We do not make any money on postage costs, so you only pay exactly what it costs us to post to you.

Returns - If you wish to return all or part of your order for any reason, please let us know within 14 days of receipt. We will replace, exchange, or refund it if you return it to us unused within 30 days.

Refunds - Undamaged returns are refunded in full, including outgoing postage where applicable (please note, outgoing refunds may not apply, or may be amended pro rata, in the event of a partial order return). Return postage is not refundable unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error.

The purchaser hereby releases Chilli Bugs Hot Sauces from all liability, indemnifies and holds harmless Chilli Bugs Hot Sauces with respect to any claims of damages or injuries resulting from the use, consumption, ingestion, and/or contact with respect to this product.

Many of our products are far hotter than anything you will have tried before.

Our range of sauces is constantly expanding, through our own research and customer recommendations. We now also feature nuts and snacks, chilli oils and sweets.
