Very very rare Ferrari F1 2003 model scale 1:18

I have had this model since December 2003, it was presented to formula ones governing body the FIA by the championship winning team Ferrari. 

Believed to be a Hotwheels, but due to it's sealed base I have no way of finding out without damaging it .

Sadly I have no paper work for this model but as you can see what sets it apart is the suede base and accompanying box in Scuderia yellow.

I have not seen or can not find another like it on the internet.

The model has never been displayed out of its perspex container and is in new condition, the box is also in excellent condition with one small indentation which is too small to photograph.

The underneath of the base has some very very light greying on the edge where it has sat on a shelf but does not detract in any way from the overall brilliance of this model.

Find another like it!!!
