FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY: We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Items are dispatched from our UK stores, same or next day.

ORIGINAL ITEMS: All our items are brand new and genuine, we are official stockists of all the brands we offer.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept payment by Pay Pal only. We do not accept any other form of payment.

RETURNS: We accept returns of unwanted items within 14 days, providing the tags are still attached and the item is in an unworn condition. We cannot accept returns on underwear and grooming products that have been unsealed.

MY ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED: Items should arrive within 5 days. If your item has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch please contact us. We will endeavor to either send you a replacement or refund your purchase.

MY PURCHASE HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED: We will not knowingly dispatch a damaged item. If your item is accidentally damaged in transit please contact us and we will arrange for the item to be returned and a replacement sent out to you (or a refund).

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS: Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address before dispatch. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses being given and an item going missing in the post.
