Up for sale here is this Alex Rims B450 bike wheel with a Panaracer Urban Max tire.  It is in great shape as far as I can tell.  I picked this up at an estate sale, without a mate.  I don't know if the tube is good, but I'd assume it is.  The tube uses a Presta valve but the adapter is on there and is included.  The tire seems to have a fair amount of tread and the rubber is still flexible and doesn't appear to be dry-rotted.  It has a bit of a flat spot on one side from resting in one area, but it shouldn't be an issue.  The wheel itself seems to be in great shape, but I don't know if it will need truing.  It looks nice and solid to me.  The wheel has the usual road dust and grime, but nothing too bad.  It seems to spin fine, and has a gear attached.  Please see my pictures for details.
