Used, does run. Missing second hand, & hairline crack across face, crack runs from 10 across to 4.30 approx. (I  tried to show this in photo). Gold finish on case is almost all rubbed off. I believe this is size 18? Measures 1 3/4" across the face & approx. 2" wide altogether. Sells as is.
