COLLECTION

The buyer is welcome to collect by appointment. We’re based near J16 on the M1 / Northants.

POST / SHIPPING / PACKING

If dispatched it will be sent in a new oversized double-walled box with plenty of bubble wrap and padding and additional protection as needed depending on size and weight.   It will be sent out within 2 working days of cleared payment.

All items sent out will be by a tracked post/courier service needing a signature on delivery, the exact service depends on your location. The tracking information will be supplied once enroute.

At the buyers request I will send items using FEDEX or DHL for the ultimate delivery method with the buyer paying the additional costs.

Some items are very large and heavy and beyond our couriers weight limit, or physical strength of the boxing solutions we use, and in such cases this will be stated in the listing along with collection or other delivery options.

The shipping cost quoted is for “post and packaging costs” and reflects the fact that this item will be well packed using new materials in a sensible double walled box with masses of bubble and yards of wide poly-tape, and additional padding, with larger items often taking 20 to 40 minutes to pack and a further half hour for the round trip delivery to the couriers.

Please do NOT bid on this item if you intend to quibble the cost of P&P after winning it. I will not send items in minimised packaging for the outright cheapest slowest method. Experience tells me this is a false economy …

SHIPPING TO REMOTE LOCATIONS

If you live in some far flung part of the World such as on an island, on a remote mountain top, or in a hollowed out volcano in the Pacific, then please let me know your location before you bid so I can obtain a quote for the likely increased costs of shipping. We normally ship via UPS and they do have ‘remote location surcharges’ for certain out of the way places. Islands away from the mainland usually need additional shipping/air-fees.

PAYMENT

Item to be paid for by paypal, wire transfer or cash on collection within 48 hrs of auction end. If not completed within that time, I will either offer it to the 2^nd highest bidder, or relist it and leave appropriate feedback.
