New, never been used complete Lionel WW II Troop Train Set- Lionel 6-21951.  I bought this from the brother-in-law of the model train enthusiast that died. It was still wrapped in the original plastic until the guy I bought it from opened it up to see if it had track and a controller. When he realized it didn't, he wasn't interested...this has never been on a track and  I doubt any of it has been removed from the original packaging. Pristine condition and I doubt you will ever find another brand new unit like this. Made in America!
