This is the San Diego Comic Con 2015 S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball Z - Son Goku Frieza Saga Version figure.

It is brand new (sealed/unopened) and has been in storage in a smoke free/pet free home. It was only removed from storage to be signed by the American voice actor of Goku "Sean Schemmel" at Lexington Comic & Toy Con 2017.
