Offered here is a replacement 1U5 tube for your Zenith Trans Oceanic built inside a miniature tube envelope!  Photo is of a typical unit. 

Just plug this solid-state replacement into the 1U5 sockets in your radio.  No re-alignment of your radio will not be necessary since the capacitances of this device are very close to those of a 1U5 tube.   It uses the latest MOSFET surface mount transistors.  I've run these in my transoceanic for many hours with excellent results.   This device should have a virtually unlimited life under normal operating conditions.    I have sold many of these over the past few years and received lots of positive feedback on the device performance.
