Rare ISSA full length halterneck gown with fringe shawl tie under the bust.

Condition: Very good overall condition with a medium-size round mark on the right side of the dress, around the height of the knee area. This could be a watermark or something else - it is a lighter coloured mark on a background of the same colour and I believe not very noticeable when worn, especially taking into account the dramatic neckline.
