Dispatch

All items will be dispatched within the specified times contained in the listing for each item (generally within 1 working day) unless we inform you otherwise.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.  We have a good relationship with our local post office however once the items have been posted we have no control over how long it takes Royal Mail to deliver the item to you.  This is subject to variables such as the time of year, where you live and how easy it is for them to catch you at home.  Some of our items are too large to go through a letterbox so someone will need to be at home to accept delivery.

Before you contact us, please check for “Sorry we missed you” cards, check with neighbours and check in your safe places for your delivery as this is the first thing we will ask you to do.  We are happy to send you tracking details or proof of postage.

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. However, we are happy to assist you in making a claim for a “lost or damaged in post” item by supplying the proof of posting receipt and a claim form.

Returns Policy

Items may be returned within 14 days but only if they are in their original, unused condition and in the original, unmarked packaging.

CONTACT MUST BE THROUGH THE EBAY MESSAGING SYSTEM ONLY.

Contact must be made before a return is sent back to us.

For unwanted items, customers are responsible for all postal costs and the postal cost of returning the item.

Refund of the item cost will be made to the customers PayPal account on our receipt of the item, provided it meets the conditions stated above.

Rarely, items can be damaged in the post although we take great care to package items securely. If this happens, you MUST inform us of the damage on the day the item is received. Do not return anything until you have contacted us.

The postal service (cost) used to return items MUST be the same as that used by us to dispatch the item. You may use a different service if you wish but ONLY the amount originally paid by us to dispatch the item will be refunded.
