FT-1000, FT1000D Digital Transistor replacement kit

This is a selection of replacement digital transistor and diodes used in the FT-1000, FT-1000D series.
The digital transistors are NPN or PNP bipolar transistors that also contain internal biasing resistors.
 
RF band switching, PTT, VOX and Tuner faults are usually traceable to one or more of these devices failing.


The kit provides a total of 18 devices:
