Here is a popular Meyer Optik Gorlitz Primoplan f1.9 58mm V lens with a M42 screwmount rear. The focus turns smoothly.

The diaphragm works fine as does its preset ability. The glass does show wear and there is internal haze. The lens takes

nice pictures but it would probably do well to be professionally cleaned. There is a small indent on the front filter ring which

would need to be straightened for a filter to be able to be screwed on. With the right adapter this lens will work on new digital

cameras. I attached it to my Sony NEX and have included some pictures taken with the lens below. Check out my other
