TS-950 Series Digital Transistor replacement kit.

This is a selection of digital transistors used in the TS-950 series.
These devices are new original stock direct from the relevant manufacturers.
Many of the parts shown are also used in several other Kenwood models (e.g TS-450, TS-570, TS-690, TS-850, TS-870, TS-2000).

The majority of RF band switching, TX/RX switching, TX bias, PTT and VOX faults are usually traceable to one or more of these devices failing.
