• All items posted within the UK are sent by Royal Mail. We will always post your item as soon as possible but please note we are unable to offer a next day delivery service on some of our items. Please refer to the listing for specific delivery information on that item.
• Products and accessories ordered before 12pm will be dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.
• Hair extensions ordered before 12pm will be dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri). E.g, if your order a weft at 10.30am on Monday it will be dispatched on Tuesday. If you order a weft at 1.30pm on Monday it will be dispatched on Wednesday.
• If there is ever any issue with your order and we are unable to get it out to you within our stated dispatch time then we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you of this.
• We do not post items on Weekends or Bank Holidays.

PLEASE NOTE

The delivery time stated by ebay is an estimate only and we can accept no responsibility for the delivery time of orders once your order has been dispatched as this is now down to Royal Mail.
The delivery time will also depend on the service you selected at the checkout. Below is a guide to Royal Mails delivery times but please bear in mind these are not set in stone and Royal Mail suggest waiting at least 10 working days for delivery of any parcel before a claim form can be submitted for a parcel deemed as lost in transit. This allows time for a parcel to be collected from the Royal Mail/Courier collections office if no one was home when they attempted delivery, or for the parcel to be returned back to us if it was not collected by you. (28 working days for international items).

UK Postage

1st class standard and 1st class Signed For delivery is 1-3 working days delivery on average after it has been dispatched.
Special delivery is guaranteed to be with you the next working day (by 1pm) after it has been dispatched.
***These delivery times are an estimate provided by royal mail and items can take longer to arrive during busier periods such as Xmas.***

    1st Class standard delivery insures items up to the value of £20 and is not a tracked service.
    1st Class Signed For delivery insures items upto the value of £49 and requires a signature upon delivery. This is not a tracked service - it only allows the sender to check that the item has been delivered.
    Special Delivery insures items up to the value of £500. This is a fully tracked service and requires a signature upon delivery.

Worldwide Postage

Items to the EU, Europe and the rest of the world are posted by Royal Mail, either via standard Airmail or International Signed For. International items will take longer to arrive and delivery times will vary depending on the destination (typically 3-7 days for Europe and 3-28 working days for the rest of the world).
Please check online at www.royalmail.co.uk for specific information regarding delivery times to your country.

International items may be subject to customs charges, VAT and/or Import duty charges. These are un-foreseeable and must be paid by the buyer.

Handling & Dispatch Time

• Handling and delivery times are not the same thing. Handling is the processing time BEFORE the item is dispatched. Delivery is the time taken to arrive with you AFTER the item has been dispatched.
• We aim to dispatch all items on the same or next working day providing orders are placed before 12pm unless otherwise stated in the listing.
• We will NOT post to an unconfirmed address.
• The only address we will ever post to is the one you have registered with eBay and PayPal and which comes up on our invoice for you after you have clicked by it now. This is to ensure we are covered by both eBay and PayPal’s seller protection policy. NO EXCEPTIONS.
