We accept PayPal as the only method of payment when purchasing online through eBay. If collecting in store we accept card payments and cash only. Store collections are by appointment only.
All items will be shipped with UPS with full tracking and insurance if purchased before 9am on normal office working days. Delivery is 95% next day, but may be delayed in peak times such as Christmas. All items are carefully packed with strong packaging and adequate bubble wrap. The prices quoted apply to mainland UK only. Please retain the packaging that the item arrives in.
If for any reason you decide that an item is not for you, you’re welcome to return it to us within 30 days. Please contact us to arrange this. To be eligible for return the item should be unused, in the original packaging with the tamper seals still intact.
All of our refurbished computers go through extensive testing to make sure they are fully working. If for any reason you experience any difficulties with your refurbished computer they all come with full hardware warranty for sixty days. This covers all aspects of the hardware including chargers and batteries.
