The merchandise I sell are purchased from numerous places.  Wherever the merchandise are purchased they are all new.  Some are new in original packaging, others are new without the box and or original packaging so it's important to read the listing in its entirety.   At times some of the unbox items may have some superficial and/or cosmetic scratches,  however it is evident by the condition of the item that it has not been worn. Whatever the status of the merchandise it is always indicated on the listing.  Sometimes there is a line through the logo on the inside and sometimes there isn't.  If there is a line through the logo this is done by the distributor to protect the brand and to prevent return to retail stores.  Please keep in mind that none of the statuses above will  affect the style or functionality of the item. I also sell Freebird by Steven Shoes which are usually moderately to heavily distressed.  This is done on purpose to give the shoes a used effect.  If your not familiar with this brand please go to one of the retail stores and try on to get an idea of fit as well as the distressing process.  I'm only human so if I miss and or over look any issues in my description please bring to my attention and I will address positively.  With all that said your are getting a fabulous top of the line designer item for significantly less than retail.  Please review details of item as well as pictures as they are also part of the description.  Any item that is purchased can be returned.  As soon as you receive your purchase please look it over and try it on.  The item must be in as received original condition for return to be granted.  This simply means that the item cannot be worn, stained and or damaged it must remain in as received original condition.   All return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer even if the item was shipped to the buyer for free.  Any item that is return will be charged a 10% restocking fee.  Payments due at the end auction.
