CONTENTS CONDITION
The DS Lite Console has been well checked, previously used, well tested, thoroughly cleaned, working fine and in good to very good cosmetic condition. As with all consoles we sell, we try to restore case/console condition as best as possible, Sadly actual physical wear can't be removed, but our cleaning process will lessen it's appearance. This DS lite has a red glossy finish which had 3 large stickers to front and 1 to back. We have managed to remove these stickers, but there still remains evidence on glossy finish that stickers where present, but can only be seen on close inspection (not glue residue as it was all removed). on a plus note, the stickers help to reduce marks and scratches to case as there is only a few around sides and back where sticker where not present. When DS is opened, case condition is much better and both screens only have some minor marks or minor scratches which will only be seen again on close inspection.
Although DS is in this condition, it was still well tested exactly the same way we do for any DS console and was tested with games with no issues, main touch screen to bottom was well checked and calibrated without any issues. All buttons, controls and sound worked fine and once we was completely happy with console, we reset DS, so next owner can start the console the same way if arrived new with their own details and settings and fully charged. There is no original box or system manual included for system.
The Starter pack will give next owner some protection in the form of a case and some extra accessories. Charger has been tested with this DS Lite and in very good condition.

Most of our items have Free delivery. Small items up to large letter size (DVD size) will be posted with Royal Mail. Everything else will be delivered Free with My Hermes 3-5 day courier service including full tracking. We will also offer 48 hours and express deliver at reduced rates to take into account free UK delivery.
For couriers we use the budget courier My Hermes and for 48 & 24 hour delivery we use different couriers like UPS, ParcelForce and others. We source and use proper packaging materials which will provide excellent protection for delivery. All courier deliveries will be boxed and we use light foam to cover items not in original box first, then everything is packaged using bio-degradable packaging chips. Box will be well secured with brown packaging tape and fragile tape.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We welcome all International customers as we can delivery worldwide and can offer combined postage cost to just about any country. Small, lightweight items (under 2kg) will usually be sent via standard Airmail (no tracking) if under £15GBP. If over £15GBP then International tracked & signed (tracking in UK and signature required) or International Tracked (tracking in both countries but subject to outgoing country). Prices for all services will be listed within Postage & Payment options tab.
Parcels Over 2kg must be sent via courier as UK postal service has a 2kg limit. All courier deliveries come with tracking.

We will describe items as accurately as possible in our own opinion and hopefully not over estimate condition. Every item has picture/s of actual item taken by use and we will never use stock pictures. We will professionally clean all machines & games where necessary which may include opening up machines/pads to remove the build-up of gunk/dirt from age and use.
