This costume as well as the others listed in my store came from an estate & were all in plastic protective coverings.  The owner & dance instructor had a dance studio from 1968 until recently from what I can ascertain.  This item, as well as other dancewear listed in my store may possible be vintage.

Beautiful blend of blue, florescent green & purple colors.  The tulle skirt is 6 alternating layers of these colors.  See photo of small section where stitching has come loose.  Other than that the costume must have been very gently worn and is in excellent condition.  No holes, snags or flaws noted.  Tagged a size Adult Medium.
