Return/Exchange Policy:
- Due to the high demand for our products all sales will be final. No returns or exchanges will be allowed unless a mistake is made on our end.
Payment:
- We only accept payments through paypal. No trades or other offers will be accepted.
- Payments must be made immediately. Shipments are only made to the address that you have on file with PayPal (if you changed your address or are not at the address please update this prior).
- Address corrections/changes will not be made under any circumstances.
Shipping For Domestic U.S Buyers:
- All orders will be shipped for free via USPS priority mail with a tracking number attached.
- Shipments occur Monday - Saturday (USPS is closed on sundays) within 24 hours of payment being received from a confirmed Paypal adress.
- Purchases made on a holiday will ship out the next business day. All products will be bubble wrapped before being placed in its package!
Shipping For International Customers:
- You are responsible for all shipping fees! eBay calculator sometimes does not spit out the correct number as it is an estimate.
- I will contact you of the exact cost after I find out. If shipping through first class, you will be able to track it up to Miami, after that you will not be able to track the package, if you want to be able to track we will have to do it via Priority Mail which is upwards of $30-40.
Customer Support:
- Emails are answered within 24 business hours at the maximum (for the most part responses will be within a hour of recieving the email).
- On Weekends, and holidays responses may be delayed. Please contact us only through eBay via "My Messages".
