SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are always shipped at the first opportunity excluding weekends and bank holidays. In busy periods, orders may take longer to dispatch. We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, and the maximum dispatch time for goods is 5 working days unless specifically agreed with you.
All parcels have tracking information that is sent directly to our customers on despatch of goods. Orders are delivered during normal office hours and orders may require a signature upon receipt of the goods.
We offer combined shipping on some items for multiple item orders, but international orders will require additional postage costs per item.
We are unable to post the item to a different shipping address, other than the one provided in the PayPal transaction.
We are unable to offer a collections service or 'try before you buy' facilities.
If the item is returned due to a missed delivery/collection then we will rearrange delivery at your cost, unless you no longer require the item. The original cost of delivery will be non refundable.
We now offer international postage on all items, but we reserve the right to amend postage charges depending on destination and parcel weight.

We only accept PayPal payments and these must be made within 7 days of purchase.

I am an Independent sole trader in the heart of Somerset near the legendary Glastonbury Tor. I mainly sell footwear, clothing and accessories but do also sell a wide range of items. I also sell items for the public on commission so contact me if you are local to Somerset and would like a quote.
RETURNS POLICY
You may cancel your order any time within thirty (30) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full on receipt of the returned item, however the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you gave written notice of cancellation.
To return an order you must open an eBay returns case straight away and return the goods to us immediately after your returns case is accepted by us. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and they will be returned at your own cost and risk.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
