The SPD121P from Thermo Scientific Savant is a reliable SpeedVac Concentrator used with non-aggressive organic solvent such as Methanol, Acetonitrile and Ethanol.  The Savant SPD121P will also work with aqueous solvents along with acids with less than 1.0N.  This SpeedVac Concentrator runs off of microprocessor controls seated in the front of the instrument for easy access.   The Savant SPD121P comes with a built-in automated bleeder valve and connects to an independent vacuum source in the rear of the machine.  The SpeedVac Concentrator has a built-in vacuum gauge displaying the Tor of the chamber while in use.  In addition, The Thermo Savant SPD121P comes with enhanced features to allow rapid drying of organics along with variable drying rates of other samples.  System includes a built in safety lock feature which locks the lids while in use.   The Deep Aluminum TEFLON chamber allows for deep well plates to be used as well as test tubes.  Other features off this SpeedVac Concentrator include a Radiant cover improves drying time by applying radiant heat to samples.  System easily connects to a ultra-low temperature refrigerated vapor trap if needed.
