We ship items Monday through Friday; we do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

Standard Order handling time: Your order should leave the warehouse within 2 business days from the date of cleared payment. While we try to get all orders out the next business day we will notify customers of any delay that may occur.

Estimated order transit time: 2-8 business days from the shipment date.

Total estimated delivery time: You should receive your item in 4-12 days unless notified of any delay.

We ship all orders using USPS/UPS/FedEx services for regular size and weight parts, and Greyhound and Freight services for oversize or overweight parts. Greyhound service require the buyer to pick up the item from the nearest station. We ship via freight services to commercial addresses only. We will post tracking numbers directly in eBay which you can track from your orders page, under My ebay< purchase history. Sorry but we do not ship to APO or PO Box addresses.

International Customers: International shipping is calculated, charged and handled through ebay global shipping program for qualified items. We do not calculate or charge you for local duties or taxes on non-US shipments. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. Please check with your local customs office for regulations & more information.

Please inspect your package thoroughly upon receiving it, any damage claims must be filed by contacting us through eBay within 72 hours. Please include:

3-5 pictures showing the damage sustained to the product and box.

Name, email address, and item number from the original purchase. Filing a timely claim and providing the necessary information will guarantee that you receive a fast resolution to such an unfortunate situation.
