All ASOS items are Customer Returns and have the internal labels/tags either removed or slit slightly to prevent store returns.

Colour of the items depend on many factors including background,screen settings,camera and etc..

Some of the items I am listing have slight variations on texture colour and material as every item has its own unique look and charasteristics.
These should not be regarded as a defect.

Payment

• Paypal ONLY please.
• For Auction items Payments must be made within 4 days after the auction ends.
• Unpaid case will be opened automatically at the end of 4 days and the item will be relisted.

Shipping

• All items are usually despatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.
• Within the UK, Royal Mail Recorded Signed For.
• Within the Eurozone, International Signed For.
• For the rest of the World, Airsure.
• Should you need your item urgently, please send an e-mail.
• I do combine postage.
• All the items are double-checked before they are posted.
• No extra charges for packing and handling and etc...
• All the items are double bubble wrapped carefully before dispatch.

Returns

.BUYERS MUST contact me and open a return request case through ebay first before returning the items ( this is general ebay returns procedure )

. PLEASE DO NOT JUST send it back without contacting me, otherwise will take longer to refund as it will take my time to find the owner of the returned item

• All items can be returned for a refund on the cost of the item ONLY or exchange within 14 days of purchase ONLY IF the item is inoriginal postage packing and condition, unworn and with all labels/tags intact.

• Please note that I DO NOT provide a free return service unless it was caused by me(wrong/faulty item)

• Most of my items are free postage  ( UK ) & ( INTERNATIONALS are DISCOUNTED ) and when item returns I would deduct exact amount of postage I paid. Example; if dress bought for £50 with free postage, when returned  I'd refund £46.85 (if post costs me £3.15) I do not make any profit from P&P. Exact amount would be deducted which can be seen on the postage bag.

• Your return will NOT be refunded if there are signs of wear, marks or scent. Please write me if  item is not on the same condition as I sent you.

• I will refund cost of the item excluding the postage fees that I paid when item sent

• Once refund is agreed by both sides, I will trasfer the money back into account it came from WITHIN 48 hours , followed by a confirmation e-mail.

• All return items must be sent by  ( UK ) 2nd Class Recorded Signed for & Internationals must returned back via Recorded or Signed for Post

• All return items are carefully checked.
•  
• Please keep the receipt of postage for refund, I may ask for receipt as a proof of dispatch if not delivered within 7 days.

• I DO NOT pay for the items that are lost/not arrived. Be patient as some countries may take longer to deliver.
