This Al Foss Oriental Wiggler marked No. 4 comes with a green tin box labeled Al Foss Pork Rind Minnow.  Paper in box has several Pat. dates with the most recent dated May 14, 1918.  Lure, box and paper are all in decent condition.  Box is solid but does show some wear on the bottom.
