This phone has been factory reset, and works. You can see in the picture, two areas on the screen have dead pixels. Phone comes with a rubber case and a third party USB cable.
This phone hasn't been used day to day in several years. I tested it for a half hour, and it appeared to function properly, though I can't guarantee its long term performance.
