This torque monster produces 3+HorsePower, and is a great upgrade or race mod for any 1/8 vehicle. The torque that these engines produce is amazing, and will definitely get attention. Compares to engines that cost 2x-3x as much!
These engines hold their tune well and produce LOADS of torque! This blows the HPI Savage .21 and .25 engines away! Compares to the X 4.6 for much less, and is better quality.
NOTE: Clutch Assembly, Flywheel and Exhaust from HPI and Losi vehicles are a direct bolt-on to this engine. Most other 1/8 parts are compatible as well, but I have only tested these brands' parts so far. Glow plug is NOT included.
Carburetor is REVERSIBLE.
FOR REDCAT INSTALLATION: If you have the short shaft SH engine, you will need a standard 1/8 flywheel nut, and a small bolt with washer to attach your clutch bell to the shaft. These parts cost a total of $3-7 depending on where you buy them. It is a very simple install/conversion.
