PIN attenuator and front-end switching diodes for FT-847

Symtoms of failure and/or static damage are either general poor sensitivity on RX, low gain or gain reduction on selecting the preamp, or the attenuator function behaves
as either open or much higher than normal attenuation.

This is a set of replacement PIN diodes used in the RX front-end switching and attenuators on all bands, HF/50/70, 144 and 432 MHz.
These are OEM used devices in standard SOT-323 (SC-70) package.

   This kit provides 10 off PIN diodes type DAN235U (Manf: ROHM, SMD Code:"M", Package:SOT-323)
