For your consideration is a Tri-tronics - The Field 70 Dog Training System. 

Comes with two transmitters and two collars.

Transmitters and Collars are Clean.

Has not been tested.

Needs a battery for one of the transmitters, possibly two. Missing the charger for the collars. 

The red light comes on right away when I hook up the charger.

The second transmitter does nothing when I plug in the charger. I believe it needs a new battery.
